Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus: Details Regarding O2 UK Release
By: Jamie Pert | March 19, 2010 | Leave a CommentAccording to a recent article posted on SlashGear it seems as if the UK carrier O2 will soon be offering two new handsets, these handsets are the Palm Pre Plus and the Palm Pixi Plus.
The Palm Pre Plus has 512MB of RAM whereas the original Palm Pre only had 256MB, also the Plus has 16GB of storage, whereas the standard Palm Pre only has 8GB, finally the keyboard and slider mechanism is improved on the Plus.
The Pixi Plus is identical to the standard Pixi, however it has a touchstone compatible back cover and features Wi-Fi b/g connectivity.
Unconfirmed rumors suggest that O2 UK will begin offering both handsets in April 2010, however until we hear confirmed details we can’t take this too seriously.
