Splinter Cell: Conviction, Follow Sam Fisher on Twitter
By: Jamie Pert | March 17, 2010 | Leave a CommentIf you are a big Splinter Cell fan this next news may interest you, you can now follow Sam Fisher on Twitter, to follow him check out this link.
Exactly what Ubisoft are going to use this account for is a little unclear, however tweets so far have included “drunk driver… never believed that. I’ll do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of this. For me… and for Sarah” and “not sure I can do this thing alone…gonna need support. keep your ears to the ground, contact me here only. I’ll surface when it’s safe”.
He has also tweeted links to two pictures, these pics (here and here) hint at what direction the game will take when Splinter Cell: Conviction is finally released.
So far there are 1,402 followers (at the time of this post), and I must say tying in Twitter with a game’s character could perhaps bring gaming and social networking closers together, lets just hope fake characters don’t swarm Twitter.
