Sony Ericsson Vivaz S60: First Review
By: Peter Chubb | March 16, 2010 | Leave a CommentThe first review of the Sony Ericsson Vivaz S60 – which was announced at MWC 2010 – is in and just looking at the photos, All About Symbian Review remarks that they do not do the 5th Edition smartphone justice. The review takes a close look at the hardware and even includes a video – which we have for you below.
Phones Review picks up on the fact that the new handset is a little smaller than the Nokia 5530 – strange considering that the Vivaz has that 3.2-inch display. The first thing that you will notice about the Sony Ericsson Vivaz S60 is how nicely it fits in the palm of your hand – this is all due to Sony Ericsson’s “human curvature”.
The OS for this smartphone is Symbian’s S60 5th Edition and comes with a host of extras – these are certain to improve its overall performance. Most phones are beginning to do away with buttons – the Vivaz has just three of them, call, menu, and hang up.
