Gears of War 3: Release date has been set for April 8th 2011 – Rumor

We have a bombshell to bring all you Gears of War fanatics out there, as it has been rumored that Gears of War 3 will be releasing on April 8th 2011. No mention of possible platforms though.

According to VG247, the date is thanks to a report from Edge, who have been informed about the date by a “trusted US publishing source”.

Interestingly, April 8th this year is also a date that you’ll need to jot down, as a teaser is meant to be coming on that day – providing more details on the game.
