By: Alan Ng | March 15, 2010 | Leave a CommentSome exciting news for Nintendo DS fans now, as the latest rumors regarding Nintendo’s upcoming DSi successor, is that it will retain the dual-screen feature, but come with performance and graphics seen in the old GameCube console.
As reported from Pocket-Lint, it is understood that these rumors surfaced at least week’s GDC event in San Francisco, where developers let slip a few potential specs of the upcoming device.
Here is the key facts that you should know about – the dual screens will be bigger, contain an accelerometer, a significant gap between the two screens and a development kit similar to the GameCube console.
You do know what that means dont you? A potential outing for classics such as Super Smash Bros Melee!? – this is rather exciting.
I’m guessing Nintendo will drop the bomb on this at E3. Let us know your reaction to the rumors.
