As reported from Pocket-Lint, the immediate release in the states is part of a partnership with retailers Best Buy – as they will be offering customers a Panasonic 3D TV bundle containing a 3D Blu-Ray player also.
The bundle is not exactly cheap though, but for $2900 – you’ll get a a 50-inch Panasonic VIERA VT20 Plasma 3D HDTV with 3D glasses, combined with the Panasonic BDT300 3D Blu-ray Disc player.
For the moment, this is US only. Panasonic has not released information regarding a UK release yet – hopefully they will though, as we’re sure a lot of you are interested in this.
