Final Fantasy 13 (Xbox 360 & PS3): No DLC Coming – Yuji Abe
By: Jamie Pert | March 11, 2010 | 3 CommentsBack in mid-February we posted an article which reported that it looked as if no DLC will ever be launching for Final Fantasy 13 on the Xbox 360 and PS3, we have now heard more information which suggests that this is true.
Previously Yoshinori Kitase and Motomu Toriyama suggested that Square Enix were happy with FFXIII, we have now heard that the game’s battle director Yuji Abe has said that FFXIII is “the complete package”, he also suggests that rumors regarding ‘snipped content’ were taken out of context.
To be honest I don’t know whether to be happy or sad about this news, I am happy as for a change it seems as if a developer isn’t cutting out content just to make additional money of this content at a later date, however I am sad as this news means that once I have completed FFXIII there will be nothing else to do, well apart from look forward to FFIV.
