Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360 and PS3): DLC release date coming this week – Twitter

We have some major news for Modern Warfare 2 owners on PS3 and Xbox 360 now, as Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling has revealed that details on DLC content will be released this week, including a release date. Finally!

Bowling was informing everyone about a notable milestone for the game – reaching 25 million unique players online.

But when tweeting on his account, he also revealed that DLC details will be live this week, replying to a user comment that ‘the release date will probably be the first detail you’ll hear’.

Fantastic news. Don’t forget though that PS3 owners will have to wait a month later until you get the extra content, as its available exclusively on Xbox 360 first.

      I'm excited to see what the dlc is going to include, but frankly, I wish DLC "limited time" bull ***** would end. Just have it available on day one for everyone to enjoy.

      i think that its 100% bull shit that 360 gets the dlc first, the game sucks for 360 and the people that own one new that they had to pay for online so its their own fault. also its gay that we had to wait this long as it is the default maps suck ass with the exception of favela
