Apple iPad Ad: Watch the video here
By: Jamie Pert | March 8, 2010 | Leave a CommentLast night during the Oscars Apple’s iPad ad was shown, this was a pretty smart decision by Apple as millions of people would have seen this ad, however if you missed it you can see it embedded at the end of this post.
This was the first time that the ad had been shown to a public audience, and it gives viewers the impression that the device is extremely fast and responsive, if the iPad’s combination of hardware and software delivers a similar experience to what this ad shows I am sure the iPad will be a huge success for Apple.
The ad is only 33 seconds long however does manage to show that it supports multitouch gestures and has an accelerometer, despite the ads short length it also gives a look at it’s web browsing, eReading and multimedia viewing capabilities.
Do you think that the performance shown in the ad will be the same as what the iPad offers in the ‘real world’?
