How To Sleep? Use this new iPhone and iPod touch app
By: Gary Johnson | March 6, 2010 | Leave a CommentHaving trouble sleeping? Owners of the iPhone and iPod Touch can now get help with a great new app Sleeping Pill 1.0. California based TAS Productions have released Sleeping Pill specifically designed to help you get a good nights sleep.
If you have ever had a night where you toss and turn and cannot sleep, or your mind is racing and too active to drop off, this could be the app that you have been waiting for. The developers have researched various ways of improving the sleep process.
The app uses three stages to accelerate the tiredness of users. Stage 1 clears the mind so you can relax and free yourself to fall asleep, stage 2 helps users to relax and relieve stress. Finally stage 3 helps your eyes to tire by getting users to follow a āZā across the device screen in a specific pattern.
To get a good nights sleep users of iPhone/iPodTouch with OS 3.1.2 or later, can find Sleeping Pill 1.0 on the App Store for only $0.99. If you own Sleeping Pill 1.0, let us know in the comments if it helps you get nights sleep.
