Twitter has another milestone to celebrate now, as only 5 months after reaching 5 billion tweets, the social-networking website has passed the 10 billion tweet mark today.
As reported from Pocket-Lint, Twitter tracking site GigaTrack logged the milestone this morning, at around 1am GMT. Interestingly, they predict that it will only take around 20 days for Twitter to hit 11 billion tweets. Staggering.
What are your thoughts on this? It looks as if Twitter is becoming an essential part of your daily lifestyle. How many of you can actually go a whole day without ‘tweeting’ something on your profiles?
