Rumors surrounding the released of the Asus Eee Keyboard have been going on for the best part of a year, we have now heard that an April 2010 release is likely.
Prior to this we had expected the Eee Keyboard to launch in August 2009 and October 2009, however both dates came and went with no sign of the intriguing device.
The Atom-based device was originally announced at CES 2009, now at the recent CeBIT 2010 ASUS’ chairman Jonney Shih as suggested that it will finally launch in April thsi year.
I feel that a 2009 release date would have been great for the Eee keyboard, however since CES 2009 a lot of competitive devices such as the Apple iPad have been announced, perhaps the Eee keyboard’s window of opportunity has been and gone. What do you think?
