Google Gmail Upgrade: Six New Five Dropped

By Posted 26 Feb 2010, 13:05

Google have updated their Gmail service yet again in the hope of making their email system much better for the user. This time there are six new features. However, it looks as though the search engine has permanently deleted five features as well, one of which is the location-based signatures.

PC World has been looking into the changes, explaining all about those six new features and those five that have been thrown in the bin. Those new ones are Search Autocomplete, Go To Label, Forgotten Attachment Detector, YouTube Previews, Custom Label Colors and Vacation Resonder.

We are certain that these new features will be very useful, but we cannot help that other important ones have been missed. Those five dumped features are as follows, Muzzle, Fixed Width Font, E -mail Addict, Location in Signature and Random Signature. Google seems to be a lot of update lately, they recently had to update their privacy options on Buzz following a number of complaints, which you can read more about here.

Are you are happy with the changes that Google have made to Gmail?
