It has recently emerged that Yahoo and Twitter have agreed a content-sharing deal, we are now hearing exactly what this deal will consist of.
The deal will apparently bring Twitter access to Yahoo Mail, Sports and the homepage, therefore you will be able to see tweets from who you are following direct from Yahoo.
Yahoo will also become a Twitter client, therefore you will be able to tweet directly from Yahoo, further details on how this will work are currently unknown.
Finally Yahoo will integrate public Twitter updates into Yahoo Search, News, Finance and Entertainment. The Yahoo search integration is said to start immediately, as for the rest of the changes they will be ‘rolled out’ throughout this year.
