Toyota: Subpoena for recall documents

I think its safe to say that 2010 has not been great for Toyota so far, we are now hearing that the car manufacturer Toyota have received a federal grand jury subpoena.
This subpoena is for documents related to unintended acceleration and braking, this is what caused Toyota to recall many Prius models amongst other cars.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have also asked for similar documents. It is thought that both companies requested these documents to cooperate with the investigations.
From what we can see Toyota will be testifying in congressional hearings starting on Tuesday, for more details check out Guardian.
