Apple iPad: Pre-order release date set – Rumor

We have an exciting rumor to tell you about now, as a potential release date for pre-orders of the upcoming Apple iPad tablet has been set in place. It remains unofficial for now, but is well worth noting down.

According to this report from BGR, pre-orders for the iPad will commence on February 25th, assuming rumors from this Apple blog site are true.

Thats this Thursday you know, so it will be worth giving the App Store a refresh to see if the rumors are true or not. The official release of the iPad is thought to be a month away, so for pre-orders to start this week, it sounds about right to us.
