If you have been keeping a close eye on Samsung’s upcoming Bada OS platform, you’ll be very interested to know that the handset maker has just unveiled the first handset which will run on the Bada OS – it’s called the Samsung Wave.

As reported from The Telegraph, the phone has already been touted as a potential ‘iPhone-killer’ (we’ve heard that before) thanks to its impressive array of high-tech specs.

For starters, it will come equipped with an organic 3.3-inch AMOLED display screen, 1Ghz processor, 5 megapixel camera, 720p HD video playback and a snazzy anti-smudge screen.

We are also hearing that the phone will come with a dedicated section for downloading games, e-books, lifestyle apps and much more.

You can look forward to hearing much more from the Samsung Wave soon. Let us know your initial impressions of the handset.
