
MWC 2010: Motorola QUENCH / CLIQ XT Revealed
By: Jamie Pert | February 15, 2010 | Leave a CommentLast year Motorola improved ON their smartphone market share by releasing two popular handsets, these were the Motorola Droid and the Motorola CLIQ, recently at the Mobile World Congress 2010 they revealed another Android handset which may prove to be very popular.
This handset is called the Motorola QUENCH (which may be called the CLIQ XT in the U.S), full specifications are unknown, one thing we do know is that it will be a touchscreen handset which supports multitouch gestures.
As was the case with the original CLIQ the handset has been designed around social networking, other things worth mentioning include the use of the MOTOBLUR UI, a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and Bluetooth and aGPS connectivity.
Details regarding pricing and a release date are currently unknown, however when it launches in the U.S. it will be a T-Mobile exclusive.
