PS3′s Gran Turismo: Kazunori Yamauchi on driving game competitors
By: Peter Chubb | February 14, 2010 | Leave a CommentWhen it comes to driving games no one can doubt the quality of the Sony PS3′s Gran Turismo series. Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the series has recently said that since version 4 of the game was launched back in 2004, no other driving simulator game has been able to compete.
According to a recent article on Connected Consoles, Yamauchi was recently quoted as saying, that the when playing other driving games, “low level of quality really shines through.” He had made that comment during an interview with Eurogamer.dk. He had been asked if the upcoming Gran Turismo, which has been years in the making would implement a host of features seen in other driving games.
Kazunori Yamauchi seems to have a problem with all other games that are not part of the GT range; he said that he just couldn’t get a hold on the games. We are certain that fans of the Forza series will not agree with that. Like any game, they all have their faults, we will just have to wait and see if Gran Turismo 5 will have any.
