Digital Storm Launch new BlackOPS Corei5/i7-based Gaming Desktops

Digital Storm have recently launched a new range of gaming desktops, these new gaming desktops are all part of their new BlackOPS series.

All of these desktops utilize Intel’s Core i7 and Core i5 processors (from the 2.66GHz Core i5-750 to the 3.2GHz Core i7-960) and a wide choice of ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards.

There are three desktops in this series these are the ‘Extreme’, the ‘Enthusiast’ and the ‘Performance’ all of which run Windows 7, even the lower-end performance model features a pretty impressive specification.

The ‘Performance’ model features an Intel Core i5 750 (2.66GHz) processor, 4GB of DDR3 1600MHz of RAM, an NVIDIA GTX 275 graphics card, Intel’s P55 chipset and a silent 750W power supply.

The ‘Enthusiast’ model features an Intel Core i7 920 (2.66GHz) processor, 6GB of DDR3 1600MHz of RAM, an NVIDIA GTX 285 graphics card, Intel’s PX58 chipset and a silent 750W power supply.

The ‘Extreme’ model features an Intel Core i7 960 (3.2GHz) processor, 6GB of DDR3 1600MHz of RAM, an ATI 5870 1GB graphics card, Intel’s X58 chipset and a silent 1250W power supply.

The ‘Performance’ model will set you back $1,709, the ‘Enthusiast’ model will set you back $2,104 and the ‘Extreme’ model will set you back $3,102, for more information check out SlashGear.
