Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier: Release Information
By: Jamie Pert | February 9, 2010 | 1 CommentWhen I brought my Xbox 360 in February 2006 the game I became addicted to first was Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, this game kept me entertained until late 2006 and then in 2007 Ubisoft released GRAW 2, we are now finally hearing details regarding the multi-platform release of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
It is thought that a multiplayer beta for GRFS should emerge sometime in the Summer 2010, the official release should take place sometime in the Holiday Season this year.
Apparently this game promises to “go beyond the core Ghost Recon franchise and deliver a fresh gameplay experience, with an unparalleled level of quality that will excite long-time fans and newcomers alike.”
Details regarding different platforms are scarce, however it seems as if it should be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, one thing I hope is that they will use the left trigger for zooming-in your weapon as ‘panic zooming’ was a nightmare on previous GRAWs.
Personally I can’t wait to see this game, especially as the console shooters have been recently dominated by Call of Duty releases, for more details check out JoyStiq.
Do you think Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be a welcome alternative to Modern Warfare 2?
