
Toyota Prius Recall: Will it put you off future purchases?

It is looking likely that Toyota may soon initiate a recall on some of their Prius models, this is due to a break-related problem which may be a key factor in some serious crashes.
If another recall goes ahead it will be devastating for Toyota, it was bad enough that Toyota have were forced to recall models due to an accelerator pedal problem, another recall could be bad for Toyota’s finances and disastrous for their reputation.
The possible recall will involve 270,000 Priuses in Japan and the US, one source believes that a fix will be a simple software update which will take around 20 minutes.
