Toyota Recall List: Affected owners in no hurry
By: Alan Ng | February 5, 2010 | 2 CommentsWith all the recent news surrounding the Toyota Recall saga and the list of affected models as a result of the floormat defect, it appears that some Toyota owners are not too bothered about the seriousness of the problem.
As reported from ConcordMonitor, we have been reading about Matt Chingos, who despite after receiving a notice about his affected 2009 Toyota Corolla, is not too worried about the chance of his accelerator pedal becoming faulty.
Even though Toyota has now recalled 2.3 million vehicles in the U.S and halted production of eight totoya models including the Corolla, Chingos describes the floormat issue as ‘rare’.
If you havent seen the affected list of models, you can do so here at the official website. What are your thoughts on the ongoing recall?
Do you feel the same way about Matt Chingos, in that it is just a ‘rare’ problem, or do you have other opinions? Leave us a comment below with your thoughts.
