Microsoft has announced that it is to hold an X event this year, the X10 Expo will be held at the Terra Event Center in San Francisco and will show us what we can expect to see this year from the Xbox 360. The press has been informed to attend on February 11.
The software giant has been holding these X events since 2001, the X01, with the last being the X06 in 2006. X07 was due to take place in 2007, but that along with the others were cancelled. The X10 expo is said to last just four hours, but we should see some great products in that time.

We are certain that the games to feature heavily are Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, Fable III, Halo: Reach and Splinter Cell Conviction. The biggest product that we all hope will be on show is more news on Project Natal, but we will just have to wait and see.
As with previous events we can expect to have a few surprises thrown at us, not that they will be anything to match the excitement of tomorrows Apple Press Event, which should feature their much-rumored tablet PC.
