BlackBerry Curve 8910: Features Optical Pad
By: Jamie Pert | January 12, 2010 | Leave a Comment
More and more BlackBerry handsets are beginning to feature their popular optical control pad, this is no exception with the upcoming BlackBerry Curve 8900.
A recent picture which originally emerged on BerryReview has also been posted on SlashGear, other hardware specifications are still completely unknown.
It is thought the main design of the handset will be physically similar to its predecessor, however I’m sure the specifications will be improved.
As optical pads have no moving parts they are far less susceptible to damage, as essentially the optical pad is a low-res camera which tracks movement.
As we hear details regarding pricing, specifications and a release date we will keep you posted, for further details check out SlashGear.
