Capcom delays Lost Planet 2, Super Street Fighter IV and more
By: Alan Ng | January 4, 2010 | Leave a CommentSome disappointing news for fans of Lost Planet and Street Fighter IV now, as Capcom has confirmed that the follow-ups to those games, LP2 and SSFIV have been delayed until April at the earliest.
As reported from Eurogamer, Monster Hunter 3 and Dead Rising 2 are also part of the list that have been delayed, with all games now being spread across all quarters of this year, starting from April.
An investor note also revealed the reason behind the delay: to ensure that Capcom does not compete with major titles that other companies are due to introduce.
What are your thoughts on this? Can you understand the reasons behind the delay, or has this left you somewhat confused?
