Twitter Testing Multi-Account Support for Greater Revenue

Twitter has certainly had a good year; recent deals with Bing and Google prove that but the micro-blogging company is still not happy with the amount of revenue that it makes. Twitter knows that there is more revenue to be made, which is why they have started implementing a host of new features, such as multi-account support.
This feature is now being tested and allows for businesses to control their accounts with two Twitter users. This gives users greater control, meaning that someone who has a personal Twitter account could then gain access to their Business account, making it much easier to manage.
There are a number of companies out there who already allow multiple users to login to their account, such as TechCrunch, but it becomes tiring when you have to log out of one to log back in to another. This new system will do away with that, which many Twitter users will see as very useful.
Twitter has stressed that users be patient as the feature is being field-tested, so is not ready to be implemented across to all users. TechCrunch does point out that Twitter is unable to make money on this features just yet, but will certainly do so in the future.
Twitter is getting more and more popular all the time, you will now notice when you run a search in Google, you will see live results from the micro-blog appear a little down the search engine giant’s search page. We wonder what other cool features Google and Twitter have planned?
