F1 2009 for iPhone: Hands-on Video
By: Jamie Pert | December 15, 2009 | Leave a CommentLast night a new game was release at Apple’s AppStore, the game is called F1 2009 (pretty self explanatory) and is Codemasters first iPhone game.
The game is pretty impressive graphically and is not lacking on content either, in total there are 17 tracks to choose from and 20 drivers, the game is split into two main race types Time Trial and Endurance.
The game uses the iPhone’s accelerometer as a sensor to steer your car through bends, if you do not get on with the steering you can adjust the sensitivity.
Given the fact that this is Codemasters first iPhone game attempt it is very impressive, and certainly sets the foundations for a future of promising releases.
If you would like to purchase the game it is currently available at the AppStore for $6.99, for more information check out IntoMobile. Also be sure to check out the hands-on video below.
