Apple iPhone: OS 3.1.3 and 4.0 already in development?

Some exciting news for iPhone owners now, as it has been revealed that not only OS firmware 3.1.3 is already in development, but also the next and obviously major update to OS 4.0.
If you head over to BGR, you will be able to see an image they uploaded, which shows both unannounced updates, as spotted in their logs.
Along with listings for iPhone OS 3.1.3 and 4.0, there are also entries for iPhone 3.0 and Mac OS X, so this looks like the real deal here folks.
