Apple iMac 27-inch models: Release delayed – The real reason?

Some disappointing news to report to customers hoping to secure a new 27-inch version of the Apple iMac now, as we are hearing that shipment has been delayed, due to a problem relating to faulty graphic cards.

As reported from BGR, it seems to have come at the worst time just before Christmas, and also a nightmare for Apple, as they have also received numerous complains over the new models when shipping began back in November.

As for the new delay though, BGR states that the reason is due to a problem with the ATI graphics cards, more specifically – issues with intermittent flickering and screens that have a yellow hue.
