iHandstick iPhone / iPod Touch: Similar to PS3 Controller, Lacks Buttons
By: Peter Chubb | December 10, 2009 | 3 CommentsWhen it comes to gaming on the Apple iPhone and the iPod Touch there is no denying how superb the graphics look and some say are on par with the PSP, but the same cannot be said about playing the games themselves. Some games require you to tilt the device up and down or left and right, and this can often become a pain.
However, iHandstick has developed a device that will make controlling games much simpler as it looks a lot like a PS3 controller, the only problem is that it lacks the buttons that makes gaming easier.
Either way, this cool gadget makes gaming on your iPod Touch and Apple iPhone more comfortable as you now have something that fits nicely in your hands thanks to those grips.
Your Apple device will push right into the iHandstick, it will support iPod Touch 2G/3G and 3G/3GS iPhone’s. We are not certain if users thumbs can reach the touch buttons on your device, but we are certain that test were made to make sure that they do.
Engadget have been doing some digging and found that this new gadget costs just $16.99 and is available from USBfever. Do you think that this device will make gaming easier, if so will you be purchasing?
