Apple 2010 Wish List: Hopes and Wishful Thinking

We are almost at the end of 2009 and it has been a very good year for Apple and their users. Apple has launched a number of new products as well as the iPhone 3GS, but it is 2010 that is of most interest to us. Expectations are high for Apple users next year, such as the rumored iPhone 4G and the Tablet PC.

PC World thought that they would offer their readers an Apple 2010 Wish List, they looked at five possible releases next year with a few that are wishful thinking. The first big thing for Apple to achieve next year is reaching 300,000 apps, which they should do with ease.

Latest rumors suggest that the Apple Tablet will be released in the early part of 2010, so that is something else that looks to come good from the wish list. There are currently 1.3 billion PC devices connecting to the Internet, Apple will be doing all they can to bridge that gap, and with rumors that the iPhone heading over to Verizon, they could be well on their way to achieving their goal.

If Apple does launch the Apple Tablet and a new iPhone they will need to address a few problems first, one is the price of the Tablet, rumored to be around $1000. The second problem, if there were to be an iPhone 4G, then Apple need to work on the battery life, that is the one thing that is holding this device from achieving so much more.

Another thing to add to this wish list is Apple embracing Flash on the iPhone, this is something that users have wanted since the launch of the original iPhone 2G back in 2007, so will 2010 be the year? I fear that this would be wishful thinking on our part.
