Dragon Dictation for iPhone: Free Voice Transcription App

Since the idea of voice transcription software first took off it has seen mixed reviews, if you are like me you found that the applications were nowhere near accurate enough and caused more frustration then they were worth, however some people find them great.

It must be said that its at least 9 years since I attempted to use one of these applications, therefore things have moved on a lot, this seems very apparent with Dragon Dictation for iPhone.

You can see a video demo of the application at the end of this post, the application looks very intuitive whilst keeping a very simplistic interface, also the voice transcription seems very fast and accurate.

The application is currently freely available at the App Store, it is unclear whether they will begin charging for the application so I would recommend downloading it as soon as possible, for more details check out IntoMobile.
