Sony Ericsson Satio Gets Software Update: Back in Stores

We recently learned that Sony Ericsson has given their Satio handset a much needed software update, this has led to them being allowed back in stores for customers to purchase once again. The patch has been available for a few days now.

We are still waiting to learn what he update fixes, but we do know that things are now much faster than they were and the battery now lasts much longer. Whatever the software update brings, it is certainly good news for those who have been waiting to get their hands on the Sony Ericsson Satio.

According to Electric Pig, Phones 4 U began selling the handset again over the weekend and sales proved very strong, so looks as though staff will have to work some extra hours in the coming weekends leading up to Christmas.

We are not sure if this update will be enough to persuade people to purchase this handset. When reading a few recent comments, people say that the Satio is one of the worst handsets that they have every used.
