Nokia N97: Bell release date confirmed

Good news for Bell customers now, as the company has just confirmed a release date for the Nokia N97 smartphone. The Nokia N900 might already be available on other networks, but this is still good for those looking for a cheaper smartphone alternative.

As reported from BGR, the Nokia N97 will be available on Bell on December 10th. It means that customers will be able to pick one up this Thursday, adding the N97 to their collection of handsets such as the iPhone 3GS, Palm Pre, Samsung Omnia II and BlackBerry Bold 9700.

No pricing details have been announced by Bell yet, but BGR predicts that the price will not be anything more than $249.95 on a 3-year contract. We’ll let you know once the official PR is out.
