Modern Warfare 2: Javelin Glitch patch update for Xbox 360, PS3 soon

about time ppl on xbox well the losers who are running about doing the jav glitch fail to register when i tell them that it does nothing for there k/d. complete smeg heads thats not a reference to the dwarf but to the smeg that grows around there little c.cks

i tried the glitch one time and it is very cheap people will die even if the are 50feet from the blast radius of the javelin

also people are able to do the glitch with the atf (if i said it wrong its the first rocket launcher you get)and the stinger missle people use the same method of doing it also idk if the is mutiple ways to activate the glitch but wat my friends told me and what i saw on the kill cams you have to get what ever rocket launcher out. when its ready to be fired you take out a semtex, claymore, tatical insertion, and the before you through the object you cancel it by pressing Y and the the glitch is activated on your rocket launchers

While you great bunch of guys are working on the Javelin Glitch is their any kind of way you can also, take care of the range on the Akimbo Model 1837 shotguns. I have been having a terrible time trying to duck shots from these shot guns from 30 yards they are just pathetic. There is no way these shot guns should have such a range. The stories goes on and on about theses killing machines. Gamers who get annihilated by these out rated profusely pumped shot guns always have something pathetic to say about them. They are totally annoying. Please fix the range on these things.

I’m sure gamers are using the Jevalin Glitch just for laughs.

I used it once and I couldn’t believe that my opponent at that time would run from me. During a different part in the game we just staired at one another it was just so funny. That alone had me laughing so much I literally fell off my chair. I guess if IW had put out a beta with would had been avoided. I really don’t think gamers should be banned because of it.

They should also cut down the range of the AKIMBO model 1837 to make things very fair.

Me and my party were playing against this clan of trash (their clan tag is four of the AE symbols together just to warn everyone). We were on Highrise, beating them by around 2000 points, so they all decided to do the Javelin glitch constantly since they were getting owned. They ended up winning since every time we’d get one kill they’d get at least 2 (either kill them or let them get their gun back out and kill you?). Anyways, IMO people that use this glitch are lamers that can’t aim a gun and are taking that out on the community. It’s not my fault that you’re garbage at this game, go return it to GameC.ck and get Halo ODST!

Yeah, that’s stupid. These old shotguns that should be low damage (compared to newer shottys) are crazily damaging with the range of a sub-machine gun. IW needs to nerf em!

reaction time to the Modle 1887 is slow due to the faster pump action reload and depending on perks the range can be either significantly increased or decreased

I am so glad they are fixing the Javelin glitch. It really pisses me off that when people are so bad at the game that they have to use cheap glitches to get a kill. If you are that bad at the game then sell it and rather concentrate on moving out of your parents basement. Losers.

For anyone who says that you can’t go positive KDR with this glitch, you are sadly mistaken. I got rolled by this one guy on Invasion (Domination), he would camp out at B and take out AT LEAST 3 guys with his explosions. He ran Marathon, Hardline and Commando, so when you saw him; you would pause and say “crap, if i shoot this guy he’s gonna kill my other 4 teammates in the near vicinity” and then he would lunge at you from like 10 feet away and slit your throat. THEN he would get his UAV after a TWO killstreak and then just run straight for the crowd of dots. He finished 55-18. In the following lobby everyone got pissed and told him to run normal class on Favela (Domination). He did. He went 1-28.

Now try and tell me that people who use this cheat are any good. I’ve yet to see anyone with a KDR over 1.00 using this cheat. Because if your KDR is over 1, you figure you can pull it up by raw skill and not just blowing yourself up.

yea mike totally. It’s a terrible game. I agree and so do the 3/4 of a million ppl playing on xbox live alone right now. we all agree. IW did a TEEERRRIIIBLE job. haha douche

dont cry like little bit*hes cause u guys tried to do this and did garbage running around with the javalin and commando is the funnest thing ive ever done you best believe im doing it for the rest of th month . and no matter what u got the advantage i got a giant rocket on my back shoot from a distance.

But why? Other then scoring some easy kills you will be blocked by many players, possibly band and definitely labeled as a cheater. I do know as a fact that Infinity Ward is going to review data and anyone found using this glitch is going to lose all of their ranking, basically you wills start over. So why do it? The only logical reason I can see to cheat is not being good at something but yet feeling a need to win no matter what. In which case you end up losing anyway because no one respects you or your accomplishments. Now I realize you probably do not fully understand that, based on your post, but I would hope that when you reach puberty you do.

Enough about the KDR. Its a game. I really doubt people who glitche even care about it. The fact that you need 900kills to master out on the javelin is incentive enough. Its fun, seriously just mess around with it for a little bit. I do it because the patch will come soon enough and the fun will be all gone with it. Its a serious disadvantage to even use the glithe becaause you can’t shoot them if they are far away. Other things that arnt perfect are the care package glitch, 1887s, and the extended lunge for knifing.

umm have you ever shot model 1887s in real life? im guessing no. if you have you would know they actualy shortened the range of them in the game by a decent amount. but the akimbo part i understand the recoil of one in each hand would brake your wrists and make the gun hit you in the face.

its in the ms terms of use which is a contract you sign=/ so yea if people will get banned for a breach in contract=/

moving to your grandparents house doesnt count as moving out…you scrub

its not in the ms terms of use. the terms of use says you shouldn’t tamper with anything, ie meaning if you put the glitch in yourself then you could be banned. the javelin is what you call “abusing a fault within the system” and thats the loophole with ms, they forgot to put that in the terms of use, thats why so many players didn’t get banned on the first modern warfare for glitching. happy gaming brother
