LG SL8000 Borderless: LCD Announced in Russia

LG have recently unveiled their latest LCD HDTV in Russia, this TV is called the SL8000 Borderless, this TV has a “single-layer screen, with the TV screen and frame in one piece”.

The SL8000 will probably be available in a few different sizes, the one that SlipperyBrick talk about is a 42 inch model, this is selling in Russia for 61,990 rubles.

The HDTV boasts an impressive 150,000:1 contrast ratio with an equally impressive 2ms response time, it also supports a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 and uses Smart Energy Saving Plus along with LG’s TruMotion 200GHz .
