By: Jamie Pert | December 4, 2009
If you still use MySpace and own a BlackBerry handset you may be glad to hear that MySpace 2.0 has now launched, this application is freely available at BlackBerry’s App World.
To run this application you must be running OS 4.5 or later, you can see a full changelog here, however the main aspects worth mentioning include the ability to now create, view, edit and comment on blogs, also worth mentioning is the ability to add more than one recipient when sending a message.
Other functionality includes the ability to View and access MySpace messages from the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) message list” and the fact that Your mood and status can now be selected and customized.

I have a blackberry curve 8330 from alltel/verizon and this app works great on my phone, no probs as of yet and looks pretty cool also. Thanks
Its a little bit better that 1.5.
I have a BB 8300, and i got no notifications at all with v1.5.
For v2.0, the only notification i get are profile comments and friends request! I do not get any notifications for pic comments, status comments, cannot upload pictures, moves slow, new friends notifications!
What kind of an update is this RIM?!!?
Please fix this, I use myspace often! please make the myspace app for blackberry notify me for EVERYTHING, like the facebook app. VERY disappointing…
