New, but unknown handset spotted on FCC – What is it?
By: Alan Ng | December 3, 2009 | Leave a CommentSome interesting news to report now, as a completely unknown handset has popped up on the infamous FCC website. It bears a striking resemblance to the HTC Hero and MyTouch 3G but other than that, it’s a bit of a head-scratcher.
If you head over to BGR, you’ll be able to view a series of photos of the mystery device. Included on the FCC listing is a temporary spec sheet – it includes a front and back camera with LED flash, TV-tuner, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, 1GB internal memory (strange), 512MB of RAM and a 1600 mAh battery.
BGR have predicted that this handset will run on Android, but again – nothing has been confirmed at the moment. We’ll let you know soon as more details slip out.
Any ideas guys?
