Samsung Omnia II: Released on Verizon

We have news of yet another notable handset making its way to Verizon Wireless, as we can confirm that the Samsung Omnia II is now available to buy online and in-store.

As reported from BGR, Samsung has picked the perfect time to release the Omnia II it seems, with shoppers ready to splash the cash at the end of the year.

Features of the phone include a 5 megapixel camera, a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display, 8GB internal memory plus more with MicroSD, EV-DO Rev. A, WiFi and Bluetooth. In case you didnt know already, the phone will also run on Windows Mobile 6.5.

If you are interested in picking one up, it will cost you $199.99 subject to a 2-year contract with Verizon. Head over to BGR for a few close up images of the Omnia II.
