Zhu Zhu pets on cyber monday, online deals inflate prices

While Zhu Zhu Pets have been hard to find, Toys R Us was reported to have good stock of the popular hamster toy over the last few days. The prices are normally around $9.99, but these have been inflated thanks to their popularly.

CNN money has reported about Cyber Monday 2009 deals today in their recent article, which included information on the sale of Zhu Zhu pets on Cyber Monday. Some online deals had inflated prices of the little hamsters.

The site reports that Zhu Zhu pet hamsters, particularly the Mr. Squiggles version that had the retail price inflated from $9.99 to $63 each for some sales. Would you pay this much for Mr. Squiggles?

    All I have been doing is hunting and hunting….I will be darned if I’m paying triple the price. $8-$9.99 should would be nice to spend on an X-mas gift, but these darn people who have bought them all up and put them on ebay & amazon are full of nothing but GREED!!! And to tell you the truth I don’t know why any smart person would buy from these jerks. The only reason no one can find them is because people are buying all the see to doop us into thinking they will never be around ever. Thesre little buggers will be all over the place after x-mas people just can’t hold their horses. No one has money to blow but sure is funny how they will blow it on a silly toy that it probably will take one day to break anyway.

    You can still find them for retail price which is about $10. Here’s what I would do – go to amzfinder.com and enter the ASIN code that you find on Amazon for the particular Zhu Zhu pet you are looking for. Then the minute it becomes in stock, it will sound an alarm to notify you. Good luck!
