Puzzle Quest 2: Nintendo DS & Xbox Live Arcade Release Details

Many of you may be glad to hear that the sequel to Puzzle Quest (Puzzle Quest 2) looks as if it will be released for Nintendo DS and on the Xbox Live Arcade, however it looks as if we will have to wait until spring 2010.

The original game was developed for a simultaneous Nintendo DS and Sony PSP release in 2007, later on in the year (October) it was also released at the Xbox Live Arcade and soon after other versions of the game were developed for other platforms.

Puzzle Quest is said to be extremely addictive, personally I have never played it however I may download it at the Xbox Live Arcade tonight, it is thought that much of the gameplay will be identical to the original.

There are said to be four new character classes: War Mage, Inquisitor, Barbarian, or Assassin, there are also said to be “all-new weapons, spells, and shields.”
