Palm webOS 1.3.1: Available in Europe

Last week we posted an article stating that Palm’s latest webOS update will soon be available in Europe, we are now hearing that webOS 1.3.1 is available.

The software which had already launched in the U.S. is now openly available for European users, you should be able to update the handset via 3G or WiFi.

The update is said be 134MB in total, therefore I would recommend downloading via WiFi, the update is said to preserve your data, however if it was me I would back up all important data beforehand, just in case.

One other thing to remember is to ensure that you have sufficient battery life to carry out the update, for more information check out IntoMobile.
