ASUS Eee PC 1201HA now on sale at Best Buy

ASUS have finally released the Eee PC 1201HA netbook in the U.S. and will be available from Best Buy. As with most netbooks, this model is powered by the Intel Atom processor Z520 with a speed of 1.33GHz and a 533MHz system bus. There is just 1GB of RAM, although can be upgraded to 2GB.

The screen size is 12.1-inches and has a WXGA LED widescreen display offering a resolution of 1366 x 768. Storage comes in the way of a 160GB hard drive with graphics being provided by an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950.

Other features include 6-cell lithium-ion battery, 1.3-megapixel webcam, 3-in-1 digital media reader and much more. This small netbook comes installed with Windows XP, but should be able to run on the new Windows 7, if you want to pay the price for the upgrade.
