Toshiba BDX2000, Best Buy vs. NewEgg Black Friday 2009

It’s one thing finding Blu-ray players in the Black Friday sales, but when these products are some of the latest out with big price cuts, we like it even more.

Toshiba’s BDX2000 Blu-ray player has been seen in the Black Friday online sales on both Best Buy, and NewEgg. This Blu-ray player was only just released in the last few months for $200.

Today Toshiba’s BDX2000 is being sold on Best Buy for $149.99 ($50 off), and on NewEgg for a ridiculous $99.99, that’s half price for a new Blu-ray player just released at $200. Although NewEgg makes it clear that they will be sold at a limit of one per customer.

Main features include a built-in memory card slot, HDMI output, built-in DTS-HD high-resolution surround and Dolby True HD decoders, zoom function, and support for a broad range of playable formats. You can read the full specs on NewEgg.
