According to a recent article posted on TimesOnline it seems that DSG International are reporting less of a loss than they had expected in the 24 weeks up to October 17th.

DSG International are the owners of Currys and PCWorld, it seems that the reason for the more successful figures has a lot to do with the launch of Microsoft Windows 7.

The company had previously predicted a loss of between £23 million and £35 million during this period, however as it turned out they only suffered a half-year loss of £17.6 million which is less than last years figures.
