Lenovo IdeaPad U150 CULV ultraportable: Availability, Specs and Pricing

Another Lenovo ultraportable has recently made its say onto the U.S. market, this is called the Lenovo IdeaPad U150, this features some pretty impressive specifications whilst keeping an impressive battery life.

The U150 uses Intel’s CULV platform to assist with the 7 hour battery life, there is a choice of processors which include Pentium dual-core chips and Core 2 Duos.

You can choose either 3GB or 4GB of RAM and there is a choice between a 250GB or 320GB hard drive. The laptop also features an 11.6 inch display which supports a resolution of up to 1,366×768, all models feature Bluetooth and WiFi, however only higher-end models feature WiFi supporting the 802.11n standard.

The laptops all come with Windows 7 Home Premium and feature both VGA and HDMI out along with a 4-in-1 card reader.

The laptop is said to be available for pre-order now, prices start at $649, however choosing a Core 2 Duo processor, 4GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive will vastly increase this price, for more information check out SlashGear.
