HTC HD2: Now Available from T-Mobile UK

Buzz This

The impressive HTC HD2 handset has now reached another UK carrier, originally we saw the handset launch on O2 UK, however the handset is now available from T-Mobile UK aswell.

As with most UK deals the handset will be available completely free when you agree a two-year agreement, this agreement will set you back at least £35 a month.

As you probably already know the handset features a powerful Snapdragon processor and a massive 4.3 inch display, currently it comes with Windows Mobile 6.5 pre-installed and there is talk of a future Windows Mobile 7 update for the handset too.

If you would like to purchase the handset on this carrier check out T-Mobile’s website, for more details check out SlashGear.

What UK carrier will you choose? Vodafone, O2 or T-Mobile

I got a HTC HD2, and the photos I take with this handset have a pink spot in the middle. Now I read that they are all like this, so I am not the only one. HTC, what are you going to do about it? Give everyone a refund?

I advise everyone else to do some searching about this camera pink defect before buying a HTC HD2.

Beware of HTC’s large screen phones.
Any force applied to them, even taking off a screen protector, is enough to produce “newton rings” and the screen stops responding to touch.
Not much use for a touch screen phone.
HTC refuse to cover this by warranty and refuse to negotiate. expect to shell out up to $500 to repair it. With no guarantee that the next screen won’t do the same thing.
Design or Materials fault but they won’t cover it by warranty.
