TomTom XXL 540S World Traveler Edition Announced

TomTom have recently announced their latest GPS device, this particular device is just an updated version of the XXL 540S which was released earlier this year.

This particular release is called the XXL 540S World Traveler Edition, as standard this devices has the US, Canadian and European maps loaded. The device has a 5 inch display and supports a wide-range of features including Map Share, lane guidance and much more.

One of the devices most impressive features is called TomTom IQ routes, this not only plans the best route for you depending on speed limits and distance but also takes into account many other factors including time of day.

It is thought that the World Traveler Edition will launch in the US and Canada in early December, it should set you back around $349, for more information check out SlashGear.
