One week ago today we reported that the Nokia N900 was shipping in the United States, as the press release we saw confirmed. You may already know that this release date never came true.
According to Engadget, the Nokia N900 phone running Maemo 5 is now shipping, even if it’s a week late in US. This Smartphone is full of potential, and we are sure the guys and girls who pre-ordered will be happy today.
Nokia direct is still listing the N900 at $649 unlocked, but if you head over to Amazon.com you will see the Smartphone on offer for $499.99 (after a rebate). This also comes with free shipping.
